Senthil (Real Hero) - Payir (NGO)

Payir - NGO started by Mr.Senthil at Thennur, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu. He started this NGO at the age of 31 years old, now it is five years baby. This organization doing very good job for helping poors and their chidren. Mr. Senthil was earned Rs 2 Lakhs per month in USA 5 years ago. One of his ambitions, from the time he was studying in the school, is to serve his village. He invested Rs 40 Lakhs in Thennur to build a community health center and an informal learning center.

Now he has appointed 5 staffs who are all from local place, they teach proper English to school children who are all studying in the same village.

He has started small IT company. He appointed 4 employees, who are all graduate from this village. They have a US client and are currently working on a $2500 project

Reporter asked him, how he is able to live without earnings? His reply was as follows" "Payir" trust provides me food daily. My trustees have agreed on this. I have built a hut for myself using my past earnings. So shelter is not a problem. I have 3 sets of shirts and dhoti which I can use for next 2 years. My friends will get me few dresses once or twice in a year. What more do I need in my life?

Senthil had a dream and he started executing it now! Believe it or not, he started dreaming about Payir organization during his 11th std
